99 Cent Store Designer Wedding Cake!!!

On a budget? But still want to impress and turnout a fabulous wedding cake! YOU CAN DO IT and getting all of your ingredients from your local 99c store or dollar store! We baked a box cake (but extended it and added ingredients for moisture) and made an easy version of Swiss Meringue Buttercream. We went for a clean, semi-naked cake with a touch of floral - super trendy and beautiful!

*Butter could have been purchased elsewhere for cheaper
*Only items not purchased at the 99c store were cake boards, birchwood base display, Kitchen-Aid mixer, and tools to ice the cake.

Extender + recipe changes:
+1 cup flour
+1 cup sugar
+4 eggs
+1 cup sour cream
+1 cup milk
+1 cup oil
+lemon extract and yellow food coloring
