For this drill, sit in a confutable chair, turn on your favorite tunes and tap your toes to the beat!
Make sure you sit up tall and concentrate on moving from your ANKLE JOINT.
When you practice dorsiflexion to music, you stimulate your ankles AND two balance centers of your brain responsible called your CEREBELLUM & PONS.
This drill can be practiced anywhere and at any time and will help improve:
• Foot drop
• Ankle mobility
• Balance
• Cognitive function
This drill is simple but POWER PACKED.
