Looking After Mentsi Lhakang - Seke

Laxmi Gurung introduces herself and talks about her role as part of one of the six families historically connected to and responsible for maintaining the 800-year-old Mentsi Lhakang (Temple of the Holy Medicine) in Chhusang village. She briefly explains how the lha (deity) was brought from Manang and discusses the rituals performed there as well as the work done towards restoring and maintaining the space.
