Stretching on the Ocean Shore | Leg Flexibility Workout | Deep Splits Stretch is a 4-minute flexibility workout designed to improve leg flexibility, increase split mobility, and help you achieve deeper splits through effective stretching exercises inspired by yoga, gymnastics, and flexibility training.
