Hey guys! Syd Worrom comin' atcha with a beginner hoop tutorial, but this time it's a little more dancey and fun to get you to move your feet! I remember when I first started hooping, and still most times, I felt like a statue with my feet glued to the ground because I was focusing on nailing the tricks, or because I just didn't know what I was doing! hahah.
