So far, van life in Greece has been one of the best experiences we've had since living in our tiny home on wheels. But this week, it's just one of those times when nothing seems to go to plan. For the first time since moving into Sophia, we move during the night thanks to some unwanted attention, and the changeable weather puts a spanner in our plans to hike Mount Olympus. But this is Greece, where the water is warm and it's pretty easy to make the most of a bad situation! Join us on a very real week of living in our van 🚐

We're Chesca and Ben and River (🐶 ) and we usually live full-time in our self converted sprinter van, Sophia. After a year of travelling Europe, from Spain and Portugal to the island of Sicily, the pandemic brought us back home to the UK. Along with a secret project! We spent the winter re-building Sophia into a more sturdy overlanding rig, ready to take us across Africa - our next challenge. However, it's a trip we've now had to postpone. But when the wind changes - adjust your sails! We're now off on an Eastern voyage across to Greece, Turkey & beyond. I hope you enjoy this new adventure as we overland our way East.
