16 Money Saving Tips for Homeowners

Luis & Ana bought their home a couple years ago. They love their house. As new homeowners they are simply wondering how to save money on home expenses. So they asked their parents for easy ways to save money every month. Their parents suggested a 16 money saving tips for homeowners article they read a few years back.

Ana's mom told her that they noticed an immediate difference in the utility bills after using the simply money saving tips in the article. Ana, naturally curious, asked like what and how much does it cost? Her Mom said that she considers most of tips as money hacks because it either it's simply changing a habit or cost very little to do. She said, for instance simply taking a warm shower opposed to a hot shower could save as much as $50 per year! Start adding it up her Mom said. Ana said, how to save money on electric bill in your home?

Ana's mom replied, did you know that simply ensuring all your windows are properly sealed can save as much as 10%- 20% off her annual electric bill? Ana's mouth hit the floor...

As Ana read through he money saving tips for homeowners she was shaking her head... She told Luis that most of this stuff is really easy to do. Luis proposed that they get to work on the money saving ideas and so they can keep more of their money in the bank. Ana agreed.

They wrote out a priority list and and planned it out what projects they will complete over the next 2- 3 weeks. Before they knew it, they completed the whole list!

Ana called her mom and put her on speaker... In unison she and Luis said, "we love you Mom, thank you for the life hacks on saving money!" Her mom had tears of joy in her eyes and they enjoyed a really wonderful conversation.
