2. 1:32 - Cool down the water heater! Too hot will not only waste money but scald young kids!

3. 2:32 - Your water heater gets cold too! Wrap it with an insulation blanket to reduce heat loss!

4. 3:06 - Installing ceiling fans to circulate airflow! Keeps your air fresh and gives your HVAC a break!

5. 3:50 - Insulate exposed water pipes! Great idea to check before every year before winter! Don't let your pipes freeze/ bust!

6. 4:39 - Equip your house with a programmable thermostat!

7. 5:11 - Replace your air filters on a regular schedule. Find out what type of air filters you should use and how often to replace them. Air filters are the lungs to your HVAC system! Change them on schedule for optimal performance!
