New Homeowner Tips!

Rob & Jessica just closed on their new home and are super excited to put their touch on their new place to make it home. Their trusted real estate advisor gave them some really important new homeowner tips to follow.

Like Rob & Jessica, many first time owners are thrilled that all their hard work paid off to buy a home. Of course Rob & Jessica's family and friends (all homeowners themselves) offered them their new home owner advice. Jessica told Rob, right when you think you know everything you find out you don't! lol...

Rob quipped back to Jessica, well at least we have family and friends helping us out with sage home owner tips. Jessica nodded in agreement and quickly said, don't forget our new friend and trusted real estate advisor Iris! Ahhh... Mused Rob... You're right Jessica, Iris gave us new homeowner maintenance tips and a new homeowner checklist!

Mmmhmmm, Jessica murmured... Then like a bolt lightning hitting her all at once she hurriedly exclaimed to Rob, don't forget we need to look into the new home owner insurance tips! Iris reminded us to check it with our insurance agent, Maria, for homeowner insurance tips included life insurance, disability income insurance, and umbrella policies just in case!

Rob, not one to let his lady down, assured Jessica he was calling Maria right away to set a time to meet them. While I'm at it Jessica, I'm going to call Iris to ask her if she know's of any good accountants to review the new homeowner tax tips with us and what we should expect when file our tax return this year. Great idea Rob!... Jessica said enthusiastically.

Jessica... Rob said somberly... We should sit down this weekend and write down all the home owner tips we've learned during our experience to share with other new home owners.

I completely agree with Rob... Jessica said... I'm just glad we did our homework to find a great real estate agent to work with and help buy our new home. So am I, said Rob... So, am I...

Rob recalled how they felt starting out with the anxiety and fear before starting their home buying journey. Jessica said, good thing we watched great YouTube video and read an article about how to find a great real estate agent!

Rob agreed, you're right Jessica... Checking Iris online ratings, reading her reviews, and seeing she was also a certified residential specialist (CRS) and an accredited buyer's representative (ABR) really paid off and saved us a lot time and money buying our new home. Jessica nodded happily... Sure did Rob!... she said...
