The Breaking Bad Universe is now over. After 14 years of magnificent storytelling, Jimmy McGill's story has found its conclusion. The story may end with Jimmy McGill in prison, but the series finale is really about how Jimmy breaks free from the psychological restraints of Saul Goodman. As he so often does, Jimmy finds himself at a crossroads. He can either roam the streets as Saul or endure prison as Jimmy. Using Kim's confession as a model, he chooses the ladder.
