lo-fi exterior, low-key interior, killer ingredients. They: grind their own flour, make their own marinara, buy the freshest mozzarella, they have excellent beer and equally excellent biodynamic wines on tap and if that’s not enough they have a vegan caesar that’s stunningly dressed in a fresher than fresh cashew based lemon zest dressing. Their water is filtered by the Berkey water system. They’re so low key, @scarrspizza they’re probably embarrased about how much we’re raving, but we’re not shy about what we’re passionate about and these guys have it in spades.
