[4K] Walking Wan Chai South, Hong Kong, Part 1

Feb. 2021

This walk takes us from Queen's Road East just by Pacific Place 3, and meanders eastward until we reach Ship Street.
The neighborhood is formed of quite small city blocks and narrow one-way streets, and is slowly becoming a more trendy neighborhood with a more international food scene. It's busy, but a great place to take a slow walk around on a nice day such as this.
Just south of Queen's Road East, at the beginning of the video, is the Star Street neighborhood, captured here: https://youtu.be/3p-j-yRbrbU.
And to the north of this neighborhood is the bar area around Lockhart Road -- an area I'll try to get back to once life returns to normal!
The route we take here zig-zags between Queen's Road East and Johnston Road, which are basically parallel. The one-way streets cutting between them are Landale Street (this is the first turn, left), Li Chit Street, Gresson Street (the flower market) Lun Fat Street and then finally Ship Street.
