The title is pretty self-exclamatory. A quick video of how to cutout an image with a background using InDesign. This is especially useful when you don't have access to Photoshop.

Shortcuts used:
p --pen tool
v --selection tool
a --direct selection tool
shift+c --conversion tool
command+shift+[ --send to back

alt+mouse scroll --zoom in/out
command+mouse scroll --scroll left/right
