Part 2: Rapid Growth Development - Who Benefits?

This is part 2 of why it is important for the residents of Kelowna to vote in the coming election. We had a beautiful, scenic city surrounded by natural beauty, which is now studded with ugly, empty skyscrapers over homeless living in tents. This video describes the massive damage overbuilding does to a medium-sized town and its residents.
