TEMPO ENDURANCE training . Cycling 6x6 mins

Today was about Tempo Endurance.

Explain what it’s about as well as what effort that entails .

We do this both on bike and run .

My tempo endurance for run is around 3:20- 3:45 a km running and 275-300watts for cycling

This is around 80-85% of my max HR.

This will differ for everyone but is great for building strength during the build phase of training .
