📌Ingredients:
400g of any tea biscuits.
2 tablespoons cocoa powder (15g).
~ 6 and 1/2 tablespoons of milk (100ml).
1 cup of cream cheese (250g).

the cream:
~ 3/4 cup of mascarpone (170g).
6 tablespoons of cream cheese (80g).
( you can use 250g of one of them).
~ 2 and 1/2 tablespoons of sugar (30g)
~ 2 teaspoons of vanilla sugar (8g).
1 cup of whipping cream (250ml).
~ 6 tablespoons od desiccated coconut (30g).

white chocolate ganache:
130g of white chocolate .
5 tablespoons of whipping cream (75ml).

dark chocolate ganache :
30g of dark chocolate .
2 tablespoons of whipping cream (30ml).

some raspberries, and mint leaves for garnish (optional).
