It all started here at Land& Monkeys bakery in Paris Where they create Authentic gourmet plant-based cookies, baguettes, croissants, sandwiches, cakes, and more.
They spent 2 years researching and developing to recreate traditional flavors from plant-based ingredients that taste even better than the classics. The biggest technical challenge was replacing eggs: where they launched a separate startup to develop alternative vegetable proteins from potatoes and peas. It’s so nice to find a compassionate bakery dedicated to animal welfare and sustainability. They’re subtly changing the world one croissant at a time
