The Rolls of Watchmaking Toolbox by Petitpierre: Coffret Tradition
With the holiday season approaching and sometimes our tendency of indulging ourselves during this period, I thought that I had to share with you something seen recently for which I totally fell for.
So unlike some of the dream timepieces we have the chance of getting our hands on, today we have a special toolbox to share with you and I can promise that it is also part of this club of dream objects I wouldn't mind having standing in my office!
The Coffret Tradition by Swiss company Petitpierre represents the Rolls of tools and though I most probably wouldn't use many of the tools found in this box, I would nevertheless look at it very often and more importantly hold in my hands some of these tools. There is something actually quite sensual about them and yes I understand that I may sound a little bit crazy with my appreciation, but I simply find the entire package extremely desirable and it was really interesting to better understand how they are made and what makes them special.
I hope you will enjoy this and if you want to know more, here's a link to their website https://petitpierre.ch/outillage/coffrets-outils-horlogers/ with a full description of the toolbox. So far this webpage is in French only, but it should be available in English pretty shortly. If you need any further info, please don't hesitate to contact us.
The very best to all and Viva Watchmaking!
