He was kind enough to share with us why he chose this community and house and the things he’s done to customize his home to his taste. We are so grateful that he allowed us to show you his entire home. I hope you like it! I found out after the interview, that the basic model starts at approximately 2800 ft.². What I really like about this home is that each bedroom has its own bath. I think that is extremely attractive! This is just another example of possible housing choices for you to enjoy in Brisas Del Golf Norte.

Although we showcase this home as his “bachelor’s pad”, I think it’s an IDEAL home for a family. A brand new private school and a beautiful (family friendly) community park (RACH Park) are across the street.
