I'd recommend our service to friends and family because I think we provide a personal as well as professional service. The team are very down to earth and approachable. For clients who have been unfairly dismissed or been subject to discrimination, it's a devastating time for them. They're going through a range of emotions, and just picking up the telephone, knowing that they can trust us to deal with their cases is a good sign that we're a good team, and they can trust us to do the work for them.

We offer different funding options. We offer flexibility in terms of the services that we offer. We benchmark against our competitors in terms of hourly rates. We believe that we're very competitive in the market, but we also offer fixed fee appointments to clients. So, they can sit down with us and discuss the matters, ask any questions that they have, then we can assess the strengths and weaknesses of the case as well and follow that up in writing to discuss the best options for them. We also offer damages-based agreements (no-win no-fee), whereby the client will only pay us if they win the case, so whether that's they're successful at a tribunal, or they settle the case beforehand. If they lose the case, they don't pay us anything. So, we very much believe that we're flexible in terms of the services that we offer.

It's always important to get the best possible advice at the outset, to stand you in the best position moving forward with your claim. Employment law, in particular, is an area that changes quite rapidly. What we often find is that clients come to us and they've undertaken an internet search, or they're relying upon templates that are outdated and that sometimes can trip them up. It's important to get the advice from the outset, so when they're issuing the claim at the tribunal it's put forward in the best possible way, and we can give them advice about the value of the claim. Because sometimes clients come to us with an expectation about what the claim is actually worth, but we can help them get the best financial outcome for them, whether it's through a settlement or succeeding at an employment tribunal.

In the team there are a number of solicitors ranging from myself who's got 16 years experience, a senior associate with seven years experience, and then another two solicitors in the team, as well as an experienced team of graduate paralegals.
