Jem is a leadership coach and author, working with executive and senior leaders across government, private and not-for-profit sectors. He also takes people to remote regions of the Himalaya, Indonesia and North-Western Australia on his life-enhancing self-leadership programs.

Through Jem’s colourful and global life, as a barefoot backpacker, tattooist and teacher, fire-dancer and volunteer, labourer, healer and also leader in the corporate world, he has become passionate about our ability to practise more conscious communication – building bridges across difference and harnessing the power of diversity.
