No Dig Organic Vegetable Garden in July – Intensive polycultures for daily yields

No Dig organic veggie plots can be incredibly varied and productive. Take a tour around Maddy & Tim Harland's garden (12 x 15m / 40 x 50ft) in mid-summer to see how bountiful a permaculture plot can really be. The key to long seasons of fresh food is stacking time and space, a good design and successional sowings.

Maddy shares how she does this across the various raised beds, herb garden and greenhouse (which acts as a mini forest garden with many layers in one small space).

See how the overhanging bean frame and brassica cage built in early lockdown are performing.
