The Paramana Strangers, so much can be said about this group - perhaps the only in PNG to have survived for so long with the formation of Paramana Strangers II and Paramana Strangers III. With a legacy that goes back to the 60s when the group started performing in their village Paramana, front man and sole surviving member of the original Paramana Strangers were the first band to ever sign with CHM Supersound Studios, releasing the debut album of all PNG music ‘Leku Leku’ in 1976.

To this day, the Paramana Strangers can still be heard in the lone voice of Late Kiki Geno,MBE, who has recorded a couple of albums with the CHM Supersound Studio.

Te Va Vua is sung in the Rarotonga language and the song can be found in Paramana Strangers Volume 5 album.
