Blackened Red Snapper Drenched in Butter with Dirty Rice 🥰

Fresh fish can’t be beat and this is a special recipe because I love red snapper! This recipe will bring out the texture of this fish and who doesn’t like dirty rice with buttered fish?!?
Blackened Red Snapper with dirty rice Ingredients:

Simply only need butter (1/3 stick) & blackened seasoning!

Pick your favorite dirty rice recipe.
I just used the a box recipe and it was great!
I always like to add to the box recipes. This time I added onion, cilantro, green onion and a little butter. Next time I’ll add more onion & some diced fresh jalapeños. I love spicy food!
