How I take care of my skin/my overall skincare with or without a budget

Hi, this is how I take care of my skin/do my skincare with and without a budget. This is as complete/comprehensive I could get. I have this skin condition called keratosis pilaris and realized that I haven’t really seen anybody do a skincare video that involved that from a point of view that also keeps in mind the budgets involved. I know this isn’t traditional due to the use of tallow and lanolin among other approaches I’ve mentioned but if you’re after something that’s effective in the long run so you don’t have to constantly rely on certain products or have the constant purchasing of certain products burn a hole through your wallet, this is what I found has worked for me.

PRODUCTS MENTIONED:

Microfiber towel (I used whatever was available at home before I bought a pack of 5 for around Php160 in SM department store. Those 5 towels ended up being too long so I cut all of them in half.)

Bragg’s Apple Cider Vinegar – bought at the groceries. Last time I bought a bottle, it was around Php 300 or so for 400+ ml

Honey – usually I get this for free either already available at home or is gifted to me.
Italy towel – Shopee. Long soak is needed for this one to work but is guaranteed to give a nice deep exfoliation. I think it was around Php 30-50 for the small one.

Exfoliating gloves – Watsons. I think it was around Php 50 – 80

Celeteque witch hazel toner – bought it in Watsons for Php 82 for the 125ml
Tallow and Lanolin – Shopee. I spent about a hundred for a tub of tallow that lasted me for almost 2 years. Lanolin costed about Php 80 – 100 for a rather small tub. The shop that I bought these from don’t have stock of them anymore.

Lanolips – bought it from a Shopee preferred seller but it’s currently out of stock. If I remember correctly, I paid around Php 800+ for my tube of Lanolips (they have colored ones too but I usually like to wear it to bed so I’d rather not have the color transfer on anyone’s shirt or the pillowcases/comforter)

Thayer’s witch hazel – usually I buy this at Watsons but my latest batch, I bought from the SM official Shopee Store. Highly recommend them. They pack it with care, complete with bubble wrap in a box (not the most environmentally friendly but hopefully we get to that stage someday where mainstream packaging is more eco-friendly). I ordered in the morning and they shipped it out in the afternoon. Php 695

Dermaplus SPF 80 – bought this in Watsons over a year ago. Cannot remember the price.
Supplements – Can’t remember anymore the prices of each. Can be found online or in Watsons. I spent over three thousand for everything all in all. These usually last me for 3-6 months.

See you next week!

Love and light,
Eirinne Caitlin

Update after I posted: pls forgive any mistakes or shortcomings here. I tried to make it as complete as I could but it seems there's still quite a few things that slipped off.
