How to Block IP Address for Sales Extension

Are you constantly bombarded with click or open notifications from your own IP address?

Here’s a quick guide on how to block that IP address in your HubSpot sales extension settings.

1. Log into your HubSpot account and click on the Settings icon in the main navigation bar.
2. In the left sidebar menu, navigate to the General section.
3. Select the Email tab.
4. Under Email extension settings, locate and click on Manage blocked IP addresses.
5. A dialog box will pop up where you can enter the IP address you wish to block.
6. After entering the IP address, click on the Add button.
7. Finally, click Save to apply your changes.
