How to add an unsubscribe link to one to one emails in HubSpot

In this HubSpot tutorial, we will walk you through how to add an unsubscribe link to one-to-one emails in HubSpot.

In HubSpot, you can add an unsubscribe link to your one-to-one emails sent from the contact record, including any emails sent out through your sequences. This link allows recipients to opt out of receiving such emails from you.

Steps to follow:

1. In your HubSpot account, click the settings icon in the main navigation bar.

2. In the left sidebar menu, navigate to General. Click the Email tab.

3. Select the Include unsubscribe link checkbox. You can choose which phrase you want appear for your unsubscribe link,

4. Click Edit link text, then in the dialog box, and select the radio button next to the link text that you want and save.

5. Once done click Save. to enable the settings
