Tasmota #05 | Smart Fan v3 with LED Buttons | Interlock

The third and (probably) final version of my Smart Fan. I replaced the ESP8266 with an ESP32. Now it supports full manual control with lighted buttons, in addition to Home Assistant and Alexa control.

WARNINGS:
This project is using high voltage, that can be lethal. Please, don't do something similar if you don't have experience working with high voltage.
As the manufacturer mechanicaly prohibits more than one speed to be selected simultaneously, we must do the same for the relays, through Interlock command in Tasmota to make sure the device works safely.
