I Did Cristiano Ronaldo's At Home Leg Workout Everyday For A Month | RESULTS!

Over the last month I did Cristiano Ronaldo's at home leg workout. I attempted to get Cristiano Ronaldo legs. I did a mix of Ronaldo's past workouts and tried to see If I could put all the clips into one workout. The workout is for all as you can use bodyweight, dumbbells, kettlebells and resistance bands whichever you have.

These are the results and what you might expect if you train like Ronaldo everyday.

I was very happy with the results and it shows just how much you can improve inside 30 days if you stick to something.
