As a career mentor I talk to a lot of people who ask me "Why can't I find a job? I've submitted nearly a hundred online job applications, but I get no response. Why am I not getting interviews? I’m worried I’m never going to find a job.”

I tell them, "I know why you are not getting job interviews. Submitting your resume online doesn't work. Online job applications are a waste of time."

The best way to find a good job is networking.
