In this video we meet the five new Starbound 1.3 tenants for your colony: the Astro, Station and Industrial tenants attracted by the similarly named new furniture sets, plus the harder-to-get Space Guard and Space Hero tenants.

We see how to attract the new Starbound 1.3 tenants by launching your mech into space and scanning the furniture you find in NPC ships, space stations and some anomolies.

We also work out the exact requirements for each, building a new wing of our Asteroid Base to fit our new tenants in. We also see which combinations of the new furniture and some old stuff that allows you to get the Space Guard and Space Hero.
