Russian troops "shot and killed 10 people standing in line for bread": US

Russian forces reportedly shot and killed 10 people standing for bread in the northern Ukrainian city of Chernihiv, the US embassy in Kyiv said.
Meanwhile, Russia's defence ministry denied the report published by the U.S. Embassy in Kyiv. Ukraine's general prosecutor's office said it had opened an investigation into the alleged incident. #Ukraine and its Western allies have accused Moscow of targeting civilians indiscriminately.
