Program Description
Hepatobiliary and pancreatic diseases, benign and malignant, are a complex spectrum of maladies, which require a comprehensive and a collaborative approach by a dedicated team of physicians and allied health care professionals. The diagnoses are frequently challenging and plans for care require a multidisciplinary approach, as the treatment choices may be difficult.

This year’s symposium will be dedicated to the management chronic pancreatitis and diabetes mellitus. Both have in common a progressive, chronic and eventually disabling disease pattern.
