In this video I show that the RBNZ has thrown the towel in trying to protect the NZ housing PONZI. It looks like 3.25% could be as low as the OCR goes.

If the RBNZ cannot keep the crazy high house prices super elevated its over to Luxon to try and keep the PONZI alive.

With so many young kiwis leaving to have a fair go at a chance of creating a decent life and maybe a family then good luck with that...
