Modelling, fitness coaching and living in Istanbul: Ela Grego

In this video, I met with my new dear friend, a Croatian model and a fitness trainer Ela Grego. Ela has been modelling for 10 years now, and worked in various countries until she settled down in Istanbul. She recently graduated from a course which allows her to work as a fitness trainer. In this conversation, she reveals where her interest towards sport and healthy eating comes from, and what she thinks about today's beauty standards, plus-size models and body positivism. We also talk about fashion business and how models are treated by the agencies. Sustainability and ecological issues are also a huge part of this world, so I took Ela's look at it too! Last but not least, Ela shared her experience of living in Turkey and learning Turkish language.
