Hello and welcome to my channel where I share my knowledge & insights on bioinformatics and computational biology.

This video is on the python-coding I did to solve a classification problem based on a biological dataset. The content briefly covers the classification theory in a simplified manner for beginners. In this particular classification method (KNN), the training of dataset is done on-the-fly.

The coding that I did independently (August 2019 - September 2019) has been shared here with explanations on the program's logic, flow and even the flaws. Apologies for the sound-quality which got adversely affected because of the cold I had caught when I was recording parts of this video.
