ISLAND PEAK SUMMIT CLIMB NOV 2019.

Hi Guys,

This video is about my journey to the Island Peak/Imja Tse Summit in Nepal. Island Peak is a pretty famous trekking (not to be underestimated) peak in Nepal which measures 6189 masl.

In this video, my journey from Dingboche (from where i collect all the climbing gears) to Island Peak has been shown. From Dingboche we trek to Chhukung, from Chhukung to Island Peak Base Camp, from base camp to summit and then back to the base camp. The entire summit push took me around 12-13 hrs, i.e. from base camp to base camp. It was very tiring but very much doable, fixed ropes to the summit really made things easy and i just needed to jumar up to the summit. The Icewall climb was the best part !!! For guys planning a trek to ebc, this side trail of Island Peak is highly recommended as it only adds around four days to your trip.
