Ingredients:

Tangzhong:
Bread flour: 18g
Water 90ml

Dough:
Bread flour: 332g
White granulated sugar: 32g
Table salt: 4g
Instant yeast: 5g
Lukewarm milk: 208 ml
Unsalted butter: 20 g (room temperature)
Matcha Powder: 8g

Bake at 400°F (200°C) for 40 minutes or until the bread is golden brown.
