Fresh hope for Australians stuck in Gaza this morning with the Rafah crossing into Egypt temporarily opening. 7 News understands at least 20 Aussies have been able to make their way out of the war zone. They were among more than 300 foreign nationals allowed through the Rafah crossing.
It's the first time Egypt has opened the border since the war began. At least 68 Australians remain inside southern Gaza.. with more foreigners expected to be allowed to leave today.
