1st weekend after lockdown in Blackpool. Did we capture a ghost on North pier?

We take a trip to Blackpool, this is the 1st weekend that the shops are open after the lockdown. It wasn`t busy a first but it soon became busy. It is nice to see people out and about. We take a walk on North pier and find an interesting recording of someone breathing. This is not us and have no idea what or who it is. We take a walk across the comedy carpet on the promenade.
