Japanese Ginger Salad Dressing
Ingredients
1/4 cup ginger
1/2 peeled apple, chopped
1/4 cup rice vinegar
2 gloves garlic
1 tbsp monk fruit sweetener or maple syrup
1 tbsp miso paste
1 tbsp sesame paste
1 tbsp Bragg’s Amino
Juice of 1 lime
1 cup avocado oil, or any neutral oil
Method
Add all ingredients into a blender.
Blend until smooth or desired consistency. Adjust salt as needed. Toss in with your favorite salad. Store in a bottle. Can last 2 weeks in the fridge.
Note: in hindsight, I do like this recipe better without onion so I took the onion off the ingredients list
