Black Pepper
1 Tbsp Flour all-purpose
1 Onion
Bell Peppers red, and green 1/2 of each
2 Tbsps Garlic minced
1 Tbsp Paprika
1/4 Cup Red Wine Merlot
Flour to coat oxtails
3 Cups Beef & 3 Cups Chicken Broth
5 Bay Leaves
1 Tbsp Worcestershire Sauce
Red Chili Flakes
1 Potato large
