Today Arash will show you how to master the Frog stand in 3 simple steps. There are three transitions and different types of frog stands. Each has it own difficulties.

Focus on your arms, keep the lean and feel....

Don't be afraid to fall, this will only stop you from leaning. Use the finger tips to push the ground down so you can balance. Be precise with your positioning and keep your body feet and hands close to each other.
