Siamo andati a trovare Placido, allevatore di black Angus, per capire quale sia il miglior vino da abbinare alle sue bistecche. Per l'occasione ci siamo portati un primitivo pugliese e un malbec argentino per apprezzarne tutte le sfumature e le differenze
