Rolled Chicken Parm! WW FREESTYLE

ROLLED CHICKEN PARM
@feliciafitnesshealth

-1 boneless skinless chicken breast
-2oz Trader Joe’s lite Mozzarella
-1 slice of ham
-Marinara sauce (I use The @theskinnyishdish crockpot recipe)
-1/3 cup Panko Breadcrumbs (I use great value plain)

Butterfly chicken breast and pound with rolling pin. Add ham, 1oz cheese, and roll it up. Coat in egg, panko, and sear in a pan on both sides with PAM spray. Once chicken is seared on both sides, place in air fryer at 400 for 15 minutes (you can also bake in the oven) Top with marinara and another oz of cheese. Broil in oven until cheese is melted. 4sp per roll up.
