Monk Brother - Anxiety

Kathryn’s brother is a monk. We love him and like listening to him talk. So.... here are some of his sounds from the other day.

We were outdoors on porch with good airflow. He’s been isolated at monastery so we weren’t worried about his exposure, but wore masks as we’ve been shopping a couple times.
