Apple Crumble Muffins Recipe

Apple crumble muffins are very soft inside with small chucks of apples and topped with rich crumble topping.

Ingredients
For muffins:
2 Apples
1 Egg
1/2 cup Milk
1/3 cup Vegetable oil
1 1/4 cups Flour
2 teaspoons Baking Powder
1/4 teaspoon Salt
3/4 cup Sugar
1 teaspoon Vanilla extract
For Crumble:
1/4 cup Butter, cold
1/2 cup brown Sugar
1/2 cup Flour
1 teaspoon Cinnamon
