Creamy garlic tahong , easy to cook, best for steam rice and Pulutan..

Ingredients :
800g Tahong( Mussels )
300ml All purpose Cream
1 thumbs Ginger
1/2 tbsp dried Parsley
Chilli flakes
6 cloves Garlic
1 medium Onion
fried Garlic
2 pcs Fresh Chilli (Optional)
