Is Sadhanapada worth it? Sadhanapada schedule and accommodation-related experience I have shared in this video.

Sadhanapada Daily Schedule:
The Sadhanapada program is a very disciplined and intense process. It will require 100% involvement in all sessions and total commitment from the participants.
The day begins at 5:30 AM and usually ends by 9:30 PM. Practice sessions will take place in the morning and evening. For the remainder of the day, participants will be supported with various volunteering activities. Participants are expected to follow the program schedule strictly.
100% attendance in all sessions is mandatory.

Accommodation is provided within the Yoga Center.
Shared dormitory-style accommodation and bathroom facilities are provided. Men and women will be given separate accommodations.
If you are attending the program with your spouse and would like to stay together, please let the Sadhanpada team know during the video call.
Accommodation for couples is subject to availability.

Sadhanapada systematically introduces participants to a comprehensive set of tools to deepen their inner experience and intensify their spiritual process. Every year, participants from all age groups and all walks of life arrive at Isha Yoga Center in Coimbatore to strive for a more profound and fulfilling life.
