FigoFit 12 Minute Workout
Complete each move for 60 seconds.
1. Yoga Plank Walk
2. Wallsit
3. 3 Pushup Dog Plank
4. Burpee (or another high intensity move such as jump rope)
5. Squat of your Choice
6. Split Lunges
7. Bicep Curls
8. Single Leg Balance (30 sec each side)
9. Plank (can add mountain climber)
10. Lemon Squeezers
11. Froggers
12. Bird Dogs (30 sec each side)
